GlobalWare Solutions Appoints New Vice President / General Manager
Daren Courter brings extensive experience in executive sales, operations and quality positions with contract manufacturing, printing and fulfillment companies.

Redwood City, CA – August 4, 2008 – GlobalWare Solutions announced today that Daren Courter has been promoted to Vice President / General Manager of the company's Redwood City facility with overall responsibilities for the company's West Coast sales and operations functions. He previously held the position of Director of Global Sales, for GlobalWare's eBusiness Solutions Group.

Courter joined GlobalWare Solutions in August of 2004, responsible for new client acquisitions targeting the Western US. Prior to Globalware, he held a variety of executive sales, operations and quality positions with contract manufacturing, printing and fulfillment companies including ModusLink, Express Logistics, DeHart's Printing, and Canter & Associates.
In his new position, Courter is responsible for the sales and operations functions of GlobalWare's West Coast facility. He also joins the company's Executive Committee, reporting directly to David I. Beatson, CEO of GlobalWare.

Courter holds a BA in English from Wabash College. He is trained and certified by BSI as an ISO Management Representative.
