In the spirit of a true partnership, GlobalWare structures our monthly Program Management fee based on actual requirements; these requirements may change over time. The monthly project management fee is based on providing the services listed below by a dedicated Account Management Team. A typical team would be a full time Senior Account Manager and one Account Manager along with part time support from a pre-flight specialist, inventory planner, production control planner, and quality engineer.
