The infusion of capital will accelerate GlobalWare Solution’s business transformation; streamlining internal operations, completing a company-wide enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, expanding GlobalWare’s business-to-business electronic commerce capabilities, and accelerating the company’s expansion internationally, explained Michael Liess, GlobalWare Solutions’ president.
