Tony Rudston::Chief Executive Officer

of Oxfordshire, England has had 35 years management experience in most aspects of business related
to the Print industry. In 2000, Tony retired as CEO of Polestar, the largest independent printer in
Europe with 40 operations in the UK, Spain and Hungary, 6800 employees and an operating profit of £60m.
Prior to 1994, Tony was Group Managing Director and Chairman of large companies in South Africa.

Michael T. Liess::President

joined GlobalWare in 2004. Prior to joining GlobalWare, he served as Chief
Operating Officer of T/R Systems. He served as Vice President, Direct Sales, for Gateway Computer Company.
He has also served as Vice President and General Manager, Worldwide Sales and Field Marketing, at ENCAD, and, as Vice
President, Operations, at Oce-USA. Michael, who has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA from
the Simon School at the University of Rochester, began his career at Xerox.

Gary Lortie::Chief Financial Officer

is a Certified Public Accountant. He joined GlobalWare Solutions in
February 2003. Gary was most recently Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer and Secretary with
eMed Technologies Corporation. Prior to that he held various senior management positions at Thermo
Electron, including President of the Moisture Systems Division and the Chief Financial Officer of Thermedics Detection.
Gary began his professional career at Ernst & Young.

Steve Trotter::Global Vice President Sales

joined GlobalWare in 2003 and has nearly 20 years experience in the high
technology industry. Prior to joining GWS, Steve was President of Mobile Airwaves, Inc. Previously, he served as Vice
President of Sales at Zomax Optical Media, Inc. Before that, Steve founded and was President of Trotter
Technologies, Inc. a software recycling company.

Tom Condardo::Vice President/General Manager US East

joined ZBR at its founding in 1978. During Tom's tenure, ZBR was
transformed from a book printer to a full-service, software manufacturer, now GlobalWare Solutions.
Tom brings nearly 30 years of supply chain management, marketing and printing/software manufacturing
experience. He has held many roles in the company among them: Director of Corporate Quality, Director
of Corporate Communications, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Business Integration.

Bill Moreland::Vice President/General Manager US West
|
Bill has more
than 20 years of manufacturing and operations management experience. Prior to joining GWS, he
worked at Quebecor Integrated Media as General Manager for their Eastern Division. Before
joining Quebecor, he was Operations Manager for Logistix, Inc.

Ian Cameron::Vice President/General Manager Amsterdam
|
comes to GWS with many years of experience as an executive in the print and packaging industries.
He has been a Managing Director at Polestar (UK) as well as performing the same role at Interpak and
Nampak, two of the largest packaging printers in South Africa. Ian joined GlobalWare in March 2003.

Ramadas Naidu::Vice President Asia
|
joined GWS in August 2003 as Managing Director - GlobalWare Asia. Previous to this position, Ramadas
founded Mainstream International in Singapore in 2001 and was its CEO. He had been Senior Vice President,
Asia, for Modus Media and, prior to that, had served in a number of senior executive positions in Asia for
R.R. Donnelley, having been Donnelley's first executive assigned to Asia.
