Bob Roche
Chief Executive Officer
Bob joined GlobalWare Solutions in February, 2005 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining GWS, he was President of Safety Storage, the world's leading producer of hazardous storage equipment and CEO/President of R&D Precision Machining, providing precision mechanical components for the Department of Defense. Bob also spent 17 years with Honeywell in a variety of senior operating roles, and overall has 30 years experience in worldwide logistics and supply chain management in the computer industry. Bob earned an EE/IE degree from Northeastern University, was a graduate from the internal graduate management program at Honeywell, and is a veteran of the United States Army.

Chuck Huggins
Chief Financial Officer
Chuck joined GlobalWare Solutions as Controller in 2005. In 2006, he was promoted to CFO. Prior to joining GlobalWare Solutions, Chuck was Vice President and CFO for Gomez, Inc., a venture capital backed Internet performance measurement and consulting firm and Vice President and CFO for Kazmaier Associates, Inc., a leveraged buyout firm with investments in manufacturing and service companies operating primarily in the sporting goods industry. Chuck earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his MBA from the University of Denver.

Terry Licciardi
Chief Operating Officer
Terry joined GlobalWare Solutions as the Vice President, Operations & Strategic Planning. He was promoted to COO in April 2006. Prior to joining GWS, he worked as World Wide Director of Service Operations for Lexmark International, and VP and General Manager for North American Division of Cerplex Corporation. He brings with him a wealth of senior management experience in manufacturing, supply chain logistics, E-Commerce and reverse logistics. Terry earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lowell Technological Institute and is a veteran of the United States Army.

Michael T. Liess
President
Michael joined GlobalWare Solutions in 2004 as Company President, and was appointed CEO in July 2004. Prior to joining GWS, he served as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of T/R Systems. Additional executive roles have included Vice President of Direct Sales for Gateway Computer and a number of other executive management positions for ENCAD (now a division of Eastman-Kodak) and Océ-USA. Michael began his career at Xerox Corporation, and earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his MBA from the University of Rochester.

Douglas Brittin
Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing
Doug joined GWS in 2006. A veteran of 25 years experience in the international logistics industry, Doug will lead the company’s efforts to expand its leadership role in providing end-to-end supply chain solutions to clients on a global basis. Doug has held executive level business development and marketing positions with global 3PL companies such as Menlo Worldwide, BAXGlobal and most recently Panalpina, where he was Vice President, Marketing and Sales for the North America region. He also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Boardroom Business Products. Brittin earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver.

Don Aubert
Vice President, Business Development
Don joined GWS in May 2005 as a consultant focusing on corporate pricing policies. In June he assumed his current role as Vice President of Business Development overseeing pricing, sales operations, marketing and strategic planning. Don has over 28 years’ experience in the high tech/computer services industry. He has held positions in Finance, Operations, Logistics, Channels Management and Business Development. Don holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College, an MBA in Finance from New Hampshire College, and a Masters Certificate in Program Management from George Washington University.

Jeff Sturges
Vice President, Sales
Jeff joined GWS in the spring of 2005. Jeff is responsible for managing the US Sales team, to include direct Account Executives and Manufacturers’ Representatives who are selling our complete range of physical and digital supply chain services. His impressive background includes sales, marketing, and operations executive positions in contract manufacturing and high tech electronics with Lexmark, Nypro, Xerox and IBM. Jeff Sturges holds a BA from Middlebury College, an MBA from The Olin School of Business at Babson College, and a JD from the University of Louisville.

Rounding out the leadership team are:

They bring to GWS a wealth of sales, marketing and operations experience in the print, electronic, supply chain and technology industries.
