SPSS is a worldwide provider of predictive analytics software and solutions, serving over 250,000 highly diverse customers – from individual users and small partners to major corporations, universities, hospitals, and government agencies. To provide solutions to such a broad market mix, the company offers over 1700 component SKUs that comprise nearly 400 unique product kits. In line with customer types, kits and orders range from simple to highly complex, and are subject to volume spikes and bulk requests. Struggling to process thousands of orders through its four worldwide fulfillment centers, SPSS needed a partner to provide a uniform manufacturing, warehousing, and digital/physical fulfillment solution with the ability to:

• Adapt to current procedures and interface with existing IT architecture without extensive reprogramming and redesign.
• Provide secure warehousing and management of inventory and disaster recovery planning.

• Fulfill orders in the required time for each region and to process rush orders as required.
