    David I. Beatson is Chief Executive Officer of Globalware Solutions, a digital and physical supply chain company. Prior to joining GWS, he served as the Principal and Founder of Ascent Advisors, LLC,  a strategic advisory firm that provides industry consulting and M&A advice to private equity and venture capital firms, and strategic advisory services to corporations in the transportation, logistics and supply chain industry.

  • JOHN P. VILIESIS, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Mr. Viliesis has over 20 years of senior executive experience in corporate accounting and management in diverse industries including bio-tech, chemicals and consulting. Most recently he served as the CFO of ChemDesign Products, a chemical manufacturing company, which supplies the Photographic and Specialty Polymer markets. He has also worked for ABT Associates, Genzyme Corporation and BAE Systems (formerly Lockheed Sanders).
    John earned his B.S. in Accounting from Babson College and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern.

  • MARK CHEQUER, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

    Mark brings 28 years of experience designing, building and running technology solutions with 10 years of executive management experience working with leading eCommerce companies such as eSurance, GHR Systems and Mirixa. He has global exposure having worked in England, Germany, France, Holland, Australia and the USA for the past 10 years.

  • DAVE RECH, CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

    David J. Rech is Chief Revenue Officer of GlobalWare Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining GWS, he served for over 7 years as the Vice President Sales, Games and Account Management for Digital River, Inc, Digital River is a worldwide e-commerce company where his teams were responsible for the majority of the existing and new hosted e-commerce clients and revenues. He also led the games division from its inception. Prior to that Mr. Rech held various Executive level Sales and Marketing positions at Twentieth Century Fox, The Walt Disney Company, Navarre corporation and several distribution companies. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Thomas University with concentrations in Marketing and Management.

  • TOM CONDARDO, VP & GM NORTH AMERICAN OPERATIONS 

    Tom Condardo has been with GlobalWare since its founding in 1978. He brings nearly 30 years of supply chain management and software manufacturing experience and is currently responsible for all operations, customer service, and quality and distribution services at the company’s headquarters in Haverhill, MA. During his tenure with GlobalWare, Tom has also successfully performed as VP of Operations, VP of Business Integration, Director of Corporate Quality, Plant Manager, Production Manager, Customer Service Manager, Purchasing Manager and Director of Corporate Communications. He has earned an MBA from Salem State College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Suffolk University in Boston.

  • DAREN COURTER, VP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Daren Courter brings extensive experience in executive sales, operations and quality positions with contract manufacturing, printing and fulfillment companies. He is Vice President / General Manager of the company's Redwood City facility responsible for the company's West Coast sales and operations functions. He previously held the position of Director of Global Sales, for GlobalWare's eBusiness Solutions Group.
    Daren joined GlobalWare Solutions in August of 2004, responsible for new client acquisitions targeting the Western US. Prior to Globalware, he held a variety of executive sales, operations and quality positions with contract manufacturing, printing and fulfillment companies including ModusLink, Express Logistics, DeHart's Printing, and Canter & Associates.
    Daren holds a BA in English from Wabash College. He is trained and certified by BSI as an ISO Management Representative. He also is a member of the company's Executive Committee.

  • PIETER VERSTEEG, VP & GM EMEA OPERATIONS

    Mr. Pieter Versteeg joined GlobalWare in 2006 as Vice President of Sales. In his position of General Manager of the company's Amsterdam facility, Pieter will have overall responsibilities for the company's European operations. His more than 15 years of experience in management and business development, as well as his strong record of success in strengthening international operations, will be focused on growing the company's European operations. He also joins the company's Executive Committee, reporting directly to David I. Beatson, CEO of GlobalWare. Prior to joining GlobalWare, Pieter was Managing Director, Europe, at Centrix Inc., where he was responsible for the strategic direction, growth, distribution, logistics and financial performance of the leading medical devices company. Previously, he played a pivotal role in establishing the European operations of Wise Solutions Inc., a leading provider of software tools for online installation of applications; it is now a subsidiary of Symantec. Pieter's prior positions with Centrix and Wise Solutions, was as the President and CEO of Waspo BV and VP EMEA at Identikey (Europe) BV. Pieter has devoted particular attention to addressing the unique challenges associated with global growth strategies.

  • CHRISTOPHER CAOUETTE, VP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Christopher Caouette has spent his career as an accomplished entrepreneur and has experience in strategic planning and business development. He has successfully started, managed, and sold companies in a variety of industries including retail, real estate, and technology. Christopher joined GlobalWare after the acquisition of his company Internal Matters and serves as SVP of Business Development and is on the Executive Committee.
    Christopher has a B.S. in Aviation Management and is currently pursuing an MBA.
