Redwood City, CA – August 4, 2008 GlobalWare Solutions announced today that Daren Courter has beenpromoted to Vice President / General Manager of the company's RedwoodCity facility with overall responsibilities for the company's WestCoast sales and operations functions. He previously held the positionof Director of Global Sales, for GlobalWare's eBusiness Solutions Group.

In his new position, Courter is responsible for the sales and operations functions of GlobalWare's West Coast facility. He also joins thecompany's Executive Committee, reporting directly to David I. Beatson,CEO of GlobalWare.
